Phyllis Simmons
I was born and raised in Billings, MT and graduated from Billings West High School. My husband, three girls and I reside in Laurel, MT. I have worked with Dr. Patterson since 2002. My job is scheduling patients, answering phones, and handling accounts and insurance. I love spending time with my family and friends, as well as getting out on our motorcycle!
I enjoy working with Dr. Patterson, and working in the dental field. I enjoy our current patients and meeting new patients. The atmosphere in our office is professional, as well as relaxed. I love coming to work each day!

Lea Ketterling
I was born and raised in Ronan, located in northwestern Montana’s beautiful Mission Valley. I graduated from Ronan High School and moved to Bozeman where I attended Montana State University. Aer graduating from MSU, I moved to Billings where I now reside with my husband Pete and our three boys. They keep us on the run every day!
I joined Dr. Patterson’s practice in April of 2015 and accepted the title of Hygiene Coordinator. · My position requires me to keep our hygiene schedule full and since Sandy retired, I definitely have some big shoes to fill! I will carry on the tradition of calling you to make sure you keep up on your cleanings! It has been an absolute pleasure to work for Dr. Patterson as he is a wonderful person and always keeps us laughing! I look forward to meeting all of his patients in the years to come.

Lauren Tallant
I was born and raised in Billings and graduated from the Dental Assisting program, the Lincoln Center, in 2014. I’ve been working with Dr. Patterson since.
I enjoy spending my time outdoors mostly boating, snowboarding and biking.
I enjoy help patients with their dental care and motivating them to achieve their best oral health.
Working with Dr. Patterson is always a great experience because he is caring and understanding of patient’s needs.

Kris Kirwin
I have been a Dental Hygienist for 23 years. I grew up in Miles City, MT and attended MSU-Bozeman. I graduated with a BS in Exercise Science. I received my Dental Hygiene degree from Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, FL. I am married and have 2 children. In my spare time I enjoy camping, hiking, skiing, motorcycle riding and spending time with my family.

Kym Jensen
Kym is a Registered Dental Hygienist who attended Sheridan College and graduated from the hygiene program with her Associates Degree in 1996. Prior to her hygiene degree, she obtained her Dental Assistant Certification and worked many years as a chairside assistant in Montana and Washington State. In the dental office she is passionate about educating patients in the care of their oral health needs. Kym has experience in both the general and periodontal office settings.
As a Montana native, she enjoys spending her time with family and friends and all the activities that our state has to offer.

Robbin Nealy
I have been in the great field of dentistry for almost 33 years. I received my certification as a Dental Assistant from Sheridan, Wyoming and my Registered Dental Hygiene Degree from St. Petersburg, FL.
I take numerous hours of continued education each year to keep current because dentistry is always changing. My goal is to educate my patients to helps them achieve the best oral and overall health.

ROBERT CASTRO
I received my dental hygiene degree in 2006 from MSU-Great Falls and started working at Dr. Patterson’s office in 2007. I also received a B.S. in Biology from MSU-Billings and obtained a wealth of medical experience, having worked at St. Vincent Hospital for 10 years as an emergency room technician. I am licensed to administer local dental anesthesia and certified in CPR.
I am the youngest male in a family of 20 children. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, as my home serves as one of the main gathering places for delicious home cooked Mexican meals. I enjoy working in my vegetable garden and sharing the harvest with friends and family.
As a dental hygienist, I enjoy the instant gratification patients receive after getting their teeth cleaned. One of the things I like most about working at Dr. Patterson’s office is being able to work with patients of all ages and offering them great dental care.
